The Problem

As Paykickstart started to get massive traction in the subscription billing and marketing world, they ended up developing a web app which was functional, but that needed a stronger foundation from a user experience design perspective.

The Challenge

We had to take what was a very large and complex app (100+ screens) and divide the project into segments by following a order of hierarchy that would allow us to identify which were the most critical issues with the current web app and that would then help us to structure the entire project.

The Solution

‍

Following an iterative process, we managed to redesign the entire Paykickstart app from it's foundation, drastically improving the user experience and brand identity of the company. The new design solution was very well received by the public in our target market.
