The Problem

Yodel approached us when they had some design requirements for the website, which needed a redesign as it wasn't serving it's purpose of clearly communicating the company's benefits and mission. On top of that, the design looked dated as not much attention was given to it during the MVP stage, but they eventually reached a point where they couldn't leave it in it's initial stage any longer. That's when we started our partnership.

After going through the current website and analysing direct and indirect competitors in the marketplace we realized that one of the key elements that would make or break the website was using visuals that would clearly communicate the benefits in a short amount of time. Nowadays people have low attention spans when browsing through the internet, so it was essential to create a solution that would catch their attention fast and clearly communicate the benefits.

The Solution

We created a plan of action tailored around Yodel's needs and team organization and we then proceeded to work with an iterative process to restructure and redesign every page of the website. The end result was very well received by both the users, the client and the design community.
