High Quality Designs

Great question! Let’s just start by saying that a full-time senior designer will usually cost you $100,000 (plus benefits) and will require a lot of recruitment and selection time to find a good one available. On top of that, you might not always have enough work to give them and keep them busy 100% of the time, so you’re making a big investment that you won’t be able to fully utilise.
With Giglio Designs, you have the same quality output for a fraction of the cost, and the best part is that you can pause and resume your subscription whenever you want. You re only paying when you actually have a need for designs.
On average, most requests are completed in just one-two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. You can always contact us for an estimate, especially if you are dealing with a tight deadline.
Yes! You will be able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
It's simple, you will be immediately notified that you exceeded the hourly amount in your plan and you will have two options:
1. Continue with an extra hourly rate of $30/hour, invoiced seperately at the end of the month.
2. Contact Us and arrange a "sprint week" where extra hours need to be allocated, and use less hours in the upcoming week/s.
3. Upgrade to a higher plan.
You will be working only with the founder, Pierluigi Giglio.
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using our Trello client portal. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via a Trello card, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared via text or shooting a video, it will work perfectly. We also offer 1-on-1 strategy calls with Pierluigi, just note that those are charged separately.
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Since our service is focused on fulfilment and design output, we found that simply messaging via Trello or a simple / quick Loom video from our clients works best in 99% of scenarios. That being said, we love to have the opportunity to talk with clients over the phone, but this is something offered as an optional and charged at an extra cost.
There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. You can cancel at any time you wish.
That's a great question and the answer is simple: we strive for quality and results more than anyone else.
See, the vast majority of agencies offering unlimited designs services outsource to designers in third world countries, making it difficult for them to match our level of quality as our team is composed of only designers with at least 8+ years of experience, so we're definitely not entry-level.
We do acknowledge that we also have competitors which do offer high level of design output, but usually those are priced way higher than us, making it a more expensive solution for you.
On top of that, Pierluigi (who's been a designer for over 10 years) controls and works personally on each and every project, assuring the highest level of quality.
We believe that no other design agency or freelancer can compete with our business model through our unlimited on-demand design, the unique flat-fee pricing structure, design collaborative dashboard and pixel perfect quality - we make sure design is as easy, desirable and flexible for our clients as possible.
Most requests are designed using Figma. We occasionally use Canva and other design softwares.
You own absolutely everything we send over - we can even send over the source files.
We do our best to support whatever format works best for you. Here's some common ways clients provide design briefs:
- Direct through the description portion of the Trello card
- A link to a Google doc containing the relevant info
- A Loom video (highly recommended, it's free and takes justa few mins!)
- Wireframes/sketches
