1. Services & Products

Giglio Designs Ltd provides:

• Professional design services

• Digital design products including (but not limited to) templates, graphics, branding materials, and downloadable design assets

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend or discontinue any services at any time without prior notice.

2. Ownership, Copyright & Intellectual Property

All design work created by Giglio Designs Ltd remains the property of the Company until full payment has been made.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to final delivered work, unless otherwise specified in writing.
This includes rights to use, publish, reproduce and modify the work for personal and commercial purposes.

However:

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless an NDA or written restriction is provided.

• Preliminary drafts, unused concepts or rejected designs remain our intellectual property and may not be reused, sold, or reproduced without permission.

3. Purchases, Payment & Billing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Stripe

• Bank Transfer

• PayPal

• Cryptocurrency (rare/subject to approval)

Quotes for custom design services are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be required in full or partially upfront depending on project scope.

We are not responsible for delays caused by late payments or missing information.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted only in fair and reasonable circumstances, such as:

• failure to deliver work as agreed

• technical errors with digital files that cannot be resolved

• mutually agreed project cancellation

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind after work has begun

• completed services that meet agreed specifications

• digital downloads already accessed or delivered

If a refund is granted, we reserve the right to revoke transfer of ownership and intellectual property rights to any associated designs.

5. Digital Product Licensing

Purchasing a digital product grants the buyer full ownership rights to the final design files after payment completion.

You may not:

• resell or distribute our products as-is

• claim unmodified assets as your own original work

• sell source files or original layered project files (unless purchased explicitly)

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that you:

• provide accurate information and instructions for projects

• secure necessary permissions for any third-party content you supply

• will not use our work for unlawful or unethical purposes

We are not liable for copyright infringements caused by client-provided content.

7. Use of Website

Users may browse the Site freely — no account registration is required.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for illegal, harmful or abusive activities

• attempt to hack, disrupt or access restricted areas of the Site

• copy or scrape content, wording or assets without permission

Violation of these terms may result in restricted access to services.

8. Limitation of Liability
